dc.description	This study aims to address the issue of the role of islamic sukuk in reducing sudan’sgeneral budget deficit from 2000 to 2018 .how ever, the state’sgeneral budget deficitis one of the biggestdeficitis one of the biggest problems facing the economy of many countries in the world, as this déficit resuls in many effects on the over all macro economic variables ,and some conomies consider that the budget deficit represents an assume derrov that is difficult to avoid and address . Where the role of islamic bonds in financing the state’s general budget deficite ,as a tool to finance the deficit in the public budget, inalegitimateway, instead of the traditional financind that relus on usury, becouse of its a bility to provide sufficien t liquidity that the state meeds to expand and develop the base of projects . the light on the experience of sudan, by reviewing the most important instruments issued by the govermment of sudan . this study summazized that instruments contribulted to reducind the budget deficit in the state of sudan betwenn 2000 - 2018.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	السودان انطلاقا من 0222 إلى 0202 " على أن اعتبار عجز الموازنة العامة للدولة من أكبر المشاكل التي يوجهها اقتصاد العديد من دول العالم حيث ينتج عن هذا العجز الكثير من التأثي ا رت على مجمل المتغي ا رت الاقتصادية الكلية، ويعتبر بعض الاقتصاديين أن عجز الموازنة يمثل خطأ مفترض الوقوع من الصعب تجنبه ومعالجته . حيث يمثل دور الصكوك الإسلامية في تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة للدولة، باعتبارها أداة لتمويل العجز في الموازنة العامة، بطريقة شرعية بدلا من التمويل التقليدي الذي يعتمد على الربا، لما لها من القدرة على توفير السيولة الكافية التي تحتاجها الدولة لتوسيع قاعدة المشاريع وتطويرها، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على تجربة السودان، وذلك باستع ا رض أهم الصكوك التي أصدرتها حكومة السودان وقد لخصت هذه الد ا رسة إلى أن - . الصكوك الإسلامية ساهمت في تقليص العجز للموازنة العامة في السودان خلال الفترة 0202 0222	en_US
