| Abstract: | للقطاع الفلاحي أىمية كبي رة في التنمية الاقتصادية لدول العالم من خلال امتصاص جزء كبير من اليد العاممة وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي للغذاء وتوفير المواد الخام للقطاعات الأخرى لمزاولة نشاطاتيا ومن بين ىذه الد ول الج ا زئر، التي اىتمت ببناء فلاحة عصرية من بداية استقلاليا، حيث ىدفت ىذه الد ا رسة إلى بيان أثر الدعم الحكومي عمى القطاع الفلاحي في الفترة 0202 0222 . إذ عممت الحكومة الج ا زئرية - عمى دعم ىذا القطاع بتخصيص أغمفة مالية ضخمة موزعة عمى جممة من الب ا رمج التي تيدف إلى خدمة ىذا الأخير، وقد أظيرت نتائج البحث أن القطاع الفلاحي لا ا زل يعاني من العجز بالرغم من الإصلاحات التي انتيجتيا الج ا زئر لدفع عجمة النمو الاقتصادي بصفة عامة والفلاحي بصفة خاصة ونقص العمالة ضمنو مقارنة مع باقي القطاعات، وعدم الاستغلال الأمثل لممواد الفلاحية وضعف تقنيات الإنتاج في القطاع الفلاحي، ومن أجل تحديد انعكاسات الدعم الحكومي عمى القطاع الفلاحي حاولنا نمذجة المعطيات المتوفرة لدينا، من خلال استخدامنا لممنيج الوصفي التحميمي لوصف وتحميل الظواىر الاقتصادية والمنيج التاريخي لتتبع الظاىرة والوقائع التاريخية من خلال د ا رسة الب ا رمج التنموية وتطور نمو - . القطاع الفلاحي في الفترة 0202 0222 |
| Description: | The agricultural sector has great importance in the economic development of the countries of the world by absorbing a large part of the work force achieving self-sufficiency for food and providing have materials for other sectors carry out their activities among these countries is Algeria that has been interested in modern agriculture since the beginning of its Independence, this study aimed to demonstrate the impact of government support on the agricultural sector in the period 2000-2020, the Algerian government worked to support This sector by allocating huge financial packages distribute darning a number of programs aimed at serving the latter, the results of the research showed that the agricultural sector still suffers from a deficit despite the reforms that the Algerian government has done the economy in general and the agricultural sector in particular, and the shortage in comparison to other fields the lack of optimal exploitation of agricultural materials and the weakness of production technique in the agricultural sector, and in order to determine the implications of government support on the agricultural sector, we tried it integrate the data available to us throughout use of the descriptive and analytical approach to describe and analyze economic phenomena and the historical meth to track the phenomenon and historic affects through study the development programs and the evolution of the growth of the agricultural sector in the period 2000-2020 |
