| Abstract: | باعتبار المستهلك هو الطرف الضعيف في العلاقة التعاقدية في العقد الالكتروني، فإنه يحتاج إلى حماية قانونية بسبب إلى مساعدته حتى لا يقع المخاطر التي قد يتعرض لها، وخاصة الحماية المدنية لما توفره من حقوق للمستهلك والتي تهدف الى مساعدته حتى لا يقع فريسة الخداع. |
