dc.description	In this applied analytical study , we tried to address the issue of time management and the effectiveness of financial decisions in the economic institution,where we delved into the concept of time management as one of the most important bets for the functioning of the economic institution in order to reach effective decisions, through a set of stages and methods . This study aims to know the role of time management in the effectiveness of financial decisions in the Sonarek Institution –Frjiwa Unit - , and the statistical package)spss.v26 (was used to analyze data and choose hypotheses based on various statistical methods. The study recommends adopting the concept of time management in the economic institution by using time rationally and organizing it by individuals, especially workers, as the effactiveness of the financial decision depends on the time taken by the decisio maker	en_US
dc.description.abstract	حاولنا في هده الد ا رسة التحليلية التطبيقية التطرق إلى موضوع إدارة الوقت وفعالية الق ا ر ا رت المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ، حيث تم الخوض في مفهوم إدارة الوقت كأحد أهم الرهانات لسير المؤسسة الإقتصادية بغية الوصول إلى ق ا ر ا رت فعالة ، وذلك عبر مجموعة من الم ا رحل والأساليب وتهدف هده الد ا رسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة الوقت في فعالية الق ا ر ا رت المالية في مؤسسة سوناريك –وحدة فرجيوة -، وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات الأولية ثم توزيعه على عينة الد ا رسة المكونة من ) SPSS.V 011 عامل في مؤسسة سوناريك –وحدة فرجيوة- وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية ) 26 لتحليل البيانات واختيار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على أساليب إحصائية متنوعة وتوصي الد ا رسة إلى تبني مفهوم إدارة الوقت في المؤسسة الاقتصادية عن طريق استخدام الوقت بشكل عقلاني وتنظيمه من قبل الأف ا رد وخاصة العمال، اذ أن فعالية الق ا رر المالي تتوقف على الوقت الذي يستغرقه متخذ الق ا رر	en_US
