dc.description	The procédures for managing the général budget of public Health institutions are one of the most important services carried out by the state ; Health institutions are funded through state funds ; There are principles and laws governing expenditure and revenue collection ; Specialized staff are also tasked with implementing this budget and others are tasked with tribal and remote control of the budget.
