dc.description	This study aimed to shed light on the social security system and the challenges it faces, especially in the financing aspect, by studying the different sources of funds on which the various social security systems in the world depend, and the methods they adopt to manage funds on the one hand and provide services on the other hand, and then dealt with the case Algeria, through the study of the Social Security Fund for wageearners, has examined the various financing resources that the Fund relies on to provide its services, and the extent to which the latter covers the needs ofThe study concluded that the social security system in Algeria depends on the contributions of the faithful as a main source of funding in addition to state subsidies, which are insufficient sources, especially that the exploitation of these funds to generate additional income remains limited compared to what social security systems pursue in other countries, which This has put the Fund under constant pressure due to the lack of sufficient funding to continue providing services as required	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى تسليط الضوء على نظام الضمان الاجتماعي والتحديات التي يواجهها خاصة في جانب التمويل، من خلال د ا رسة مصادر الأموال المختلفة التي تعتمد عليها مختلف نظم الضمان الاجتماعي في العالم، والأساليب التي تعتمدها لإدارة الأموال من جهة وتقديم الخدمات من جهة أخرى، ثم تناولت حالة الج ا زئر من خلال د ا رسة صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأج ا رء،وقد بحثت مختلف الموارد التمويلية التي يعتمد عليها الصندوق لتقديم خدماته، ومدى تغطي ة هذه الأخيرة لحاجات المنتسبين إلى الصندوق ، وقد توصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن نظام الضمان الاجتماعي في الج ا زئر يعتمد على اشت ا ركات المؤمنين كمصدر أساسي للتمويلإضافة إلىإعانا ت الدولة وهي مصادر غير كافية خاصة أن استغلال هذه الأموال لتوليد مداخيلإضافية يبقى محدودا مقارنة بما تنتهجه نظم الضمان الاجتماعي في الدول الأخرى، وهو ما وضع الصندوق في ضغوط دائمة بسبب نقص التمويل الكافي للاستم ا رر في تقديم الخدمات بالشكل المطلو ب.	en_US
