| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى نجاح تجربة تبني الصيرفة الإسلامية من قبل البنوك التقليدية الجزائرية عبر نوافذ إسلامية تقدم من خلالها خدمات مصرفية توافق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية بهدف استقطاب موارد مالية قابعة خارج النظام المصرفي وتحقيق التنمية المنشودة. من خلال دراستنا هذه توصلنا إلى أن مراهنة الجزائر على الصيرفة الإسلامية لتمويل مختلف المشاريع التنموية وتعبئة المدخرات في محلها ، سواء عن طريق البنوك الإسلامية أو عن طريق النوافذ الإسلامية المفتوحة لدى البنوك التجارية وهذا ما تؤكده الأنظمة الإصلاحية الصادرة مؤخرا |
| Description: | This study aims to know the extent of the success of the experience of adopting Islamic banking by Algerian traditional banks through Islamic windows through which they provide banking services that comply with the provisions of Islamic Sharia in order to attract financial resources outside the banking system and achieve the desired development. Through our study, we concluded that Algeria is betting on Islamic banking to finance various development projects and mobilize savings in their place, whether through Islamic banks or through Islamic windows open to commercial banks, and this is confirmed by the recent reform regulations |
