dc.description	Financial analysis is an organized processing of available data with a view to obtaining information used in the decision-making and performance evaluation process, and this study addressed the subject of comparative financial analysis and its importance in evaluating performance through a field study of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Mila for the period from (2017-2020), where the study focused on analysing the bank's performance through analysis of the financial center list and using financial ratios and following the analytical descriptive approach, The study aimed to identify the impact of comparative financial analysis on the bank's performance, and it was found that comparative financial analysis is one of the most important methods adopted in the financial aspect of the bank to reveal its financial situation, where the position of the bank is analyzed from the accounting documents available and the most important financial list adopted is the general budget, the bank's performance has been fluctuating in recent years, the strength of the bank is its ability to attract deposits, which provides liquidity to the bank, when His weakness was that he did not benefit from loans to youth employment agencies and that he was exempted from repayment.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	التحميل المالي ىو عبارة عن معالجة منظمة لمبيانات المتاحة بيدف الحصول عمى معمومات تستخدم في عممية اتخاذ الق ا ر ا رت وتقييم الأداء، وقد تناولت ىده الد ا رسة موضوع التحميل المالي المقارن وأىميتو - في تقييم الأداء من خلال د ا رسة ميدانية لبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية ميمة لمفترة الممتدة من ) 7102 7171 (، إذ ركزت الد ا رسة عمى تحميل أداء البنك من خلال تحميل قائمة المركز المالي وباستخدام النسب المالية وبإتباع المنيج الوصفي التحميمي، ىدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف عمى اثر التحميل المالي المقارن عمى أداء البنك، وقد تم التوصل إلى أن التحميل المالي المقارن من أىم الأساليب المعتمدة في الجانب المالي لمبنك لمكشف عن الوضعية المالية لو، حيث يتم تحميل الوضعية لمبنك انطلاقا من الوثائق المحاسبية المتوفرة أوىم قائمة مالية يتم اعتمادىا ىي المي ا زنية العامة، أداء البنك كان متذبذب خلال السنوات الأخيرة، تتمثل نقطة قوة البنك في قدرتو عمى اجتذاب الودائع مما يوفر سيولة لمبنك، فحين نقطة ضعفو تشكمت في عدم استفادتو من القروض الممنوحة لوكالات تشغيل الشباب ودلك لإعفاء ىده الأخيرة من السداد.	en_US
