| dc.description | This paper addresses the problem of protecting domain names over the Internet. We will try to answer the following question: Is anyone entitled to register a domain name for his account entitled to sell it to whomever he wishes, and at what price? Or you should attend the sale of domain names altogether, and leave it to the domain name registration authority to order any transfer of domain names from person to person. Before we are exposed to this problem, we try through this paper to explain the meaning of domain names, and how to register them for the first time,Then we look at the feasibility of financial evaluation and validity for sale, and finally we touch on the controls that must be taken into account when selling, especially related to protection against infringement of domain names. The importance of this paper is to contribute to clarifying the reality of financial rights related to domain names, And to determine when the rights of domain name owners are compromised on the Internet. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تتعرض هذه المداخلة لإشكالية حماية أسماء النطاقات عبر الانترنت، فهل يحق لأي شخص سبق إلى تسجيل اسم نطاق بأي سعر شاء؟، أم يجب حضر بيع أسماء النطاقات كليًا، وترك الأمر لهيئة التسجيل لإدارة أسماء النطاقات لحسابه أن يبيعه لمن شاء و في كل أمر يتعلق بنقل أسماء النطاقات من شخص لآخر . سماء النطاقات، وكيفية تسجيلها لأول مرة، ثم قبل التعرض لهذا الإشكال نحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة بيان المقصود لحماية من ا عند البيع خاصة ما تعلق نبحث قابليتها للتقويم ماليا وصلاحيتها للبيع، وفي الأخير نتطرق للضوابط التي يجب مراعا التعدي على أسماء النطاقات. سماء النطاقات والتمييز بين ما فيه إن أهمية هذا الموضوع تتمثل في توضيح التصور حول حقيقة الحقوق المالية المتعلقة شخاص معنويين أو طبيعيين جراء عمليات البيع التي يكون محلها أسماء النطاقات على الانترنت. إ | en_US |
