dc.description	This study aimed to know the impact of employee turnover on financial performance. This study was conducted at the Algerian Water Level - Mila Unit. In order to achieve these objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used that fits with the nature of this study. An analysis was designed to measure the financial ratios of employee turnover and financial performance and its distribution to a group of workers. Analysis and testing of hypotheses were used. This study concluded that there is a relatively significant effect of employee turnover on financial performance. It was also concluded that there are several differences in the effect of employee turnover on the financial performance of the institution due to framework agents, implementation agents and control agents, both of which affect the importance of the impact that turnover plays on The financial performance of the institution.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد ا رسة الى معرفة اثر دو ا رن العاملين على الاداء المالي وقد تم اج ا رء هذه الد ا رسة على مستوى الج ا زئرية للمياه_ وحدة ميلة. ومن اجل تحقيق هذه الاهداف للد ا رسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتلائم مع طبيعة هذه الد ا رسة ، وتم تصميم تحليل لقياس النسب المالية لدوا رن العاملين والأداء المالي وتوزيعه على مجموعة من العاملين وتم استخدام التحليل واختبار الفرضيات. توصلت هذه الد ا رسة الى انه يوجد تأثير دو دلالة نسبية لدو ا رن العاملين على الاداء المالي كما تم التوصل الى انه توجد عده فروق في تأثير دو ا رن العاملين على الاداء المالي للمؤسسة تعزى الى اعوان الاطار و اعوان التنفيذ وأعوان التحكم بكلاهما يؤثر على اهمية الاثر الذي يلعبه دو ا رن العمل على الاداء المالي للمؤسسة.	en_US
