dc.description	This study aimed to look at one of the most important possible solutions to the problem of financing in SMEs in Algeria, namely venture capital financing, which is the newest and ideal alternative to this type of enterprise, Especially since it is in line with its privacy and financial needs. In order to achieve this, this problem has been addressed in two samples of institutions, Sofinance and The Algerian-European Foundation finalep. The results of the study were concluded by calculating the current net valuevanValeur actuel Nette has little risk capital at Sofinance, with only 11% focusing on rental loan and investment in return securities, while finalep is also very weak in resurrecting activity.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد راسة إلى البحث في أحد أهم الحلول الممكنة لمشكلة التمويل في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الج ا زئر، وهو التمويل عن طريق أ رس المال المخاطر والذي يعتبر البديل الأحدث والأمثل لهذا النوع من المؤسسات، خاصة وأنه يتماشى مع خصوصيتها واحتياجاتها المالية. بغية تحقيق ذلك تم معالجة هذه المشكلة في عينتين من المؤسسات هما الشركتين Sofinance والمؤسسة الجزائرية الأروبية finalep . وقد خلصت نتائج الد ا رسة من خلال حساب القيمة الحالية الصافي VAN ( Valeur actuel Nette ( أن أ رس المال المخاطر في شركة Sofinance ضئيلة حيث لا تتعدى 11 % فهي تركز على القرض الايجاري والاستثمار في الأو ا رق المالية ذات عائد أما شركة finalep فهي الأخرى نشاطها ضعيف جدا في بعث ديناميكية النشاط	en_US
