dc.description	Every economic association seeks to achieve the best results through managing its resources and using them appropriately this can be done by determining the suitable policies that fit the nature of it practices. this study aims at demonstrating the role that the system of calculating the fees plays in assessing the performance. thes system is also crucial as a tool to control the fees in an association this has enabled the association to calculate the factual fees to compte wile other association, reduce the fees of production and numerovy benefits.	en_US
