dc.description	This study aimed to know the role of local taxation and the extent of its contribution to financing the budget of local authorities, in addition to knowing the extent to which the financial independence of local groups has been achieved, through a case study of the state of Mila during the period from 2018-2020. Local finance that local groups suffer from, which has become the first obstacle during their pursuit of their development strategy. Its success has become dependent on the extent of the success of the local finance structure, which is one of the necessary requirements to activate the role of local collection at the local level	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة دور الجباية المحلية ومدى مساهمتها في تمويل مي ا زنية الجماعات المحلية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة مدى تحقيق الاستقلالية المالية للجماعات المحلية، من خلال د راسة حالة ولاية ميلة وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2018 _ 2020 ، وقد توصلنا إلى أن الجباية المحلية تعتبر كحل أمثل وفعال لمشاكل التمويل المحلي التي تعاني منها الجماعات المحلية، والذي أصبح يشكل العقبة الأولى أثناء سعيها لتحقيق است ا رتيجيتها التنموية، فنجاحها أصبح مرهونا بمدى نجاح هيكل التمويل المحلي الذي يشكل أحد المتطلبات الضرورية لتفعيل دور الجباية المحلية على المستوى المحلي	en_US
