dc.description	This study aimed to research the employment of statistical and mathematical methods in financial analysis in order to predict financial failure, and to achieve this goal, some of the most commonly used models in this field were employed, which are Altman, McCaugh, Sherrod, Kedah models, respectively, and this by applying them to the data The financial situation of Saidal complex for the period from 2015 to 2019. The results of this study concluded that these models have the ability to give a picture about the financial position of Saidal complex and predict the possibility of its exposure to financial failure.	en_US
