dc.description	This study aims to accentuate the importance of green investment considering it as a new tools that contributes to the achieving of sustainable development in the framework of heading to a green economy. And that through defying green investment first considering its a new term relatively .in addition, learning about its most important mechanisms and products that simulate the achievement of projects that protects the environment, on one hand, and participate in saving the necessary needs for the upcoming generations on the other hand. Moreover, the importance of this study has been seen throughout a comparison between Algeria and morocco, via the investing mechanisms that have been used. This study proved that the execution of these green development mechanisms requires some of any conditions to very it either through resources or through the authority’s management in adopting the orientation	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التمويل الأخضر باعتباره أسلوب تمويل جديد يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في إطار التوجه التدريجي نحو اقتصاد أخضر،وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفه وم التمويل الأخضر، وكذلك التعرف على أهم آلياته ومنتجاته التي تحفز من جهة على تنفيذ المشاريع التي تحافظ على البيئة وتسهم في توفير الاحتياجات الأساسية للأجيال القادمة من جهة أخرى ، وتم د ا رسة أهمية التمويل الأخضر من خلال د ا رسة مقارنة بين الجزائر والمغرب، وذلك من خلال آليات التمويل التي تم اعتمادها وأهم الانجا ا زت المحققة في كلا البلدين وتوصلنا في هذه الد ا رسة إلى أن تنفيذ أي آلية من آليات التمويل الأخضر يتطلب شروط لنجاحها سواء من ناحية الموارد أو من ناحية إ ا ردة السلطات في تبني هذا التوجه	en_US
