dc.description	This study aimed to determine the role and effectiveness of financial analysis in diagnosing and analyzing the financial position of Bani Harun Ferdjioua Milla Corporation. To achieve the objectives of this study and answer the questions set, the researcher relied on the references related to the subject to collect information, which formed the theoretical framework of the institution. As for the field side, it was applied to the Bani Harun Ferdjioua MillA Corporation, where the financial position of the institution was analyzed by presenting Its financial statements were analyzed by means of indicators of financial balance and financial ratios. Through the study, a number of results were drawn, the most important of which are: * Financial analysis is an important tool that must be circulated to various institutions. * The institution discovers through financial analysis its strengths and weaknesses. * Financial analysis helps the organization improve its financial performance.	en_US
