dc.description	The objective of the study is to identify the extent of the impact of the dividend policy on the value of the nstitution. The study dealt with the management institution of the El-Aurassi Hotel during the period from 2009 to 2018, based on the multiple linear regression models in order to test the hypotheses of the study. On the theoretical side, the study concluded that more than one trend has emerged about the impact of the dividend policy on the value of the institution, some of them see that there is an effect, and some are against it, but in the practical side, the study found an effect of the dividend policy on the value of the institution, through The positive impact of each share of realized profits, share of dividends, and share of retained earnings	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدف الدراسة التعرف على مدى تأثير سياسة توزيع الأرباح على قيمة المؤسسة، حيث تناولت الدراسة مؤسسة تسيير فندق الأوراسي خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2009 إلى 2018 ، ودلك بالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد من أجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة في الجانب النظري إلى ظهور أكثر من اتجاه حول تأثير سياسة توزيع الأرباح على قيمة المؤسسة، فمنها من يرى أن هناك تأثير ومنها من يعارض دلك، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير لسياسة توزيع الأرباح على قيمة المؤسسة، من خلال التأثير الإيجابي لكل من نصيب السهم من الأرباح المحققة ،ونصيب السهم من الأرباح الموزعة، ونصيب السهم من الأرباح المحتجزة	en_US
