| Abstract: | إن ثورة المعلومات أفرزت قوى جديدة اتجهت نحو تغيير الأسلوب والمنهج التقليدي في إدارة الإقتصاد، حيث أصبح دف الاقتصاد الرقمي اقتصاد جديد يمتلك القدرة على الإبتكار وإيجاد منتجات فكرية لم تكن تعرفها الأسواق من قبل، من هنا، لجزائر والدول العربية مع إبراز أهمية تكنولوجيا الإتصال بصفتها أهم هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مؤشرات الإقتصاد الرقمي مورد استراتيجي يدعم الإقتصاد المعرفي، وقوة معرفية تساعد في كفاءة تشغيل وإدارة الأصول الملموسة وغير الملموسة بداخلها. لنسبة توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعطيات التي كشف عنها مؤشر المعرفة لسنة 2016 والتي جاءت في أغلبها دون الوسط للجزائر، ويمكن أن يستند إليها صناع القرار لرسم سياسات كفيلة بتحقيق التقدم بشكل أفضل؛ لتحسين البيئة الإقتصادية والإرتباط ت الإقتصاد المحلي، وبمتطلبات الإقتصاد العالمي. على نحو أفضل بمكو |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the digital economy indicators in Algeria and Arabic countries, while highlighting the importance of communication technology as the most important strategic resource that supports the knowledge economy and a knowledge force that helps in the efficient operation and management of tangible and intangible assets inside. As the study found that the data revealed knowledge of index 2016 which came mostly below average for Algeria, and may underlie the decision makers to develop policies to achieve better progress to improve the economic environment to better link the components of the local economy and the requirements of the world economy. |
