dc.description	The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of total quality management in light of organizational culture at the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, University of Abdelhafid Boussouf - Mila, where the values of organizational culture and the main dimensions of total quality management were analyzed, and the analytical method was used where the questionnaire was designed and distributed On the sample of the study, which is represented by some workers and professors of the Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, and we relied in the analysis on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a relationship between the values of organizational culture and the application of total quality management. Recommendations for the Institute in particular, so that the organizational culture can play its role in the application of total quality management.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الد ا رسة الى التعرف على واقع تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة في ظل الثقافة التنظيمية في معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف - ميلة، حيث تم تحليل قيم الثقافة التنظيمية والأبعاد الرئيسة لإدارة الجودة الشاملة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي حيث تم تصميم الاستبيان وتوزيعه على عينة الد ا رسة، و المتمثلة في بعض عمال وأساتذة المعهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم وتوصلت الد ا رسة SPSS التسيير، وقد اعتمدنا في التحليل على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ببن قيم الثقافة التنظيمية وتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، كما قدمت الد ا رسة مجموعة من التوصيات للمعهد بصفة خاصة، لكي تتمكن الثقافة التنظيمية من لعب دورها في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة	en_US
