dc.description	This study looking for avatnation the performance of the cash sterilization policy wich applied by Algerian bank during some periods for example the sufferingin in the economy. Because of cash surplus, this problem is a result of increase the oil prices (petrol) olso the civilized frinance in order to curb monrtary expansion and contain currency inflation to achieve stabilization. And the dependent on cach back and exploit the benfits. As result of this study the success of this policy was considred lately, but because of economic changes, this mechanisin it will not work later	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تسعى هذه الد ا رسة إلى تقييم أداء سياسة التعقيم النقدي المطبقة من طرف بنك الج ا زئر خلال الفت ا رت التي عانى فيها الاقتصاد من فوائض السيولة الناتجة عن ارتفاع أسعار البترول، وكذا عمليات التمويل غير التقليدي بهدف الحد من التوسع النقدي، واحتواء معدلات التضخم بغية تحقيق الاستق ا رر النقدي، وذلك بالاعتماد على أداة استرجاع السيولة وتسهيلة الودائع المغلة للفائدة. واتضح من خلال نتائج الد ا رسة أن نجاح سياسية التعقيم النقدي كان معتب ا ر خصوصا في الفترة الأخيرة، ولكنه وعلى ضوء المتغي ا رت الاقتصادية الحالية فإن الاستم ا رر في هذه الآلية لن يكون مجديا على المدى المتوسط والطويل	en_US
