dc.description | This thesis studies an R+8 residential building located in the municipality of Mila, which is classified as a seismic zone V according to the RPA 2024 regulations. The project falls within the framework of complying with Algeria's seismic design standards.The preliminary design of the load-bearing elements was carried out in accordance with BAEL91 (modified in 1999) and the requirements of RPA 2024. The seismic analysis of the structure was conducted using Robot Structural Analysis 2025, ensuring accurate assessment of the building’s dynamic behavior.
